Booking Conditions:
Villas and apartments are booked through Turtle Home I.K.E., registered in Greece under company number EL802426082. Please note that the person making the booking, acting on behalf of all other persons listed in the booking, must be at least 18 years old.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
The price includes taxes and free Wi-Fi.
Non-refundable Rate:
At the time of booking, 100% of the total amount will be charged to your credit card. Free cancellation is not possible with this rate; special conditions apply. This fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, or no-show.
Cancellation Option Rate:
For reservations with a cancellation option (7 or 30 days), the full amount is due no later than the cancellation deadline (8 or 29 days prior to arrival). For cancellations made within the specified timeframe, we will refund any payments already made. For cancellations made after the deadline, the full amount is always due, and any payments already received will not be refunded. If your payment is not received by the deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Online Payments All card payments are processed through the "Stripe o PayPal e-Commerce" electronic payment platform of Stripe and PayPal Payments Greece S.A. and use the TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit encryption (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
